Not only adding significant value to your property ~ a beach is a wonderful way to take advantage of a sunny summer day! Our team utilizes only the finest grade materials from granite (or other stone materials of your choice for edging and steps into the water) to the best sand available in the State.

Beaches ~ NH State Statute Env-Wt 304.08
- The size of a new beach servicing a new residence shall not exceed 900 Square Feet.
- No new private beach shall use more than 20 percent of the applicant’s contiguous shoreline up to a maximum of 50 feet of the applicant’s contiguous shoreline.
- Replenishment of existing beaches shall be limited to one replenishment in a 6 year period.
